Founder & CEO
Sharon Windham is a speaker, advocate, and educator for sexual health and human rights. Her advocacy work in sexual health and human trafficking combined with her personal experience with life after trauma led her to start United For Human Dignity.
Understanding the emotional and psychological struggles that follow a traumatic experience, Sharon wanted to create a resource to help sex trafficking survivors have employment opportunities they deserve and reclaim their dignity and financial security.
Sharon has held various professional positions in education, marketing, and project management. She serves on the Board of Directors for Houston Association for Marriage and Family Therapy as the Director of Ethics and Diversity.
Sharon has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Master's in Clinical Counseling. Her goal is to become a certified Sex Therapist.
